3 large white fish fillets
100ml white sauce
~3 scoops Nutilis Clear
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
For the peas:
200g frozen peas
2 tbsp tinned mushy peas
50ml water
~2.5 scoops Nutilis Clear
For the chips:

Lemon white sauce (IDDSI Level 4 consistency)
Malt vinegar & turmeric mixed
