Fortini Multi Fibre

Fortini Multi Fibre is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Fortini Multi Fibre is a nutritionally complete 1.5 kcal/ml ready to drink sip feed, with fibre, for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition in children from one year of age (>8kg in body weight). It contains 1.5g/100ml Multi Fibre, providing 67% soluble and 33% insoluble fibre (with exception of chocolate flavour, which is 0.9g soluble fibre and 0.6g insoluble fibre (chocolate flavour is 60% soluble and 40% insoluble fibre)). Fortini Multi Fibre can be used to supplement the diet of children who are unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods, or it is suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children aged 1-6 years or 8-20 kg in body weight (see precautions).

Vanilla flavour: Water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), cow's milk protein caseinate, sugar, dietary fibres (soy polysaccharides, inulin, oligofructose, resistant starch, arabic gum, cellulose), emulsifier (soy lecithin), potassium citrate, tri calcium phosphate, magnesium chloride, flavouring (contains cow's milk), di potassium hydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, choline chloride, carotenoids (contains soy) (b-carotene, lutein, lycopene), sodium L-ascorbate, potassium chloride, potassium hydroxide, taurine, ferrous lactate, zinc sulphate, L-carnitine, nicotinamide, copper gluconate, retinyl acetate, sodium selenite, manganese sulphate, cholecalciferol, D-biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, DL- a tocopheryl acetate, thiamin hydrochloride, chromium chloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, sodium fluoride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, cyanocobalamin, phytomenadione. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25°C). Once opened, Fortini Multi Fibre should be consumed within four hours, or stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter.
