Angharad Banner is a highly specialist paediatric dietitian with over 20 years of experience within the NHS and private sector.

She has a freelance portfolio and enjoys writing and creating recipes to support families with food allergies.  Angharad has been a committee member of the Paediatric Specialist group of the British Dietetic Association for many years and enjoys this voluntary role enormously.

Angharad has three children, one of whom has a dairy and peanut allergy.
