The team at Nutricia Homeward were delighted to be awarded a High Commendation at the recent national Home Care Awards. These are annual awards for companies providing care at home in the UK. They seek out examples of best practice and praise companies, teams and individuals who are making a difference.

Nutricia’s project was titled, ‘Implementing a hybrid model of care for Nutricia Homeward patients’ and was entered under the Specialist Care Expertise category. The project explains how Nutricia employs a unique hybrid way of working for Nutricia Homeward Nurses. By using a combination of face-to-face calls and Nutricia Homeward App calls we can ensure that the right communication method is always used in the right situation to maximise patient care.
