Ingredients

250ml water
40g milk-free custard powder
4 drops of vanilla essence
4g (1 teaspoon) sugar
8 scoops of Neocate LCP

Method

Ensure food is pureed, mashed or chopped to a safe size and texture for your baby

  1. Mix Neocate LCP, custard powder, sugar and vanilla essence with some of the water to form a smooth paste
  2. Place the rest of the water into pan and bring to the boil then remove from the heat
  3. Slowly add the custard mixture to the hot water. Whisk briskly to form a smooth mixture
  4. Return pan to heat and gently heat while stirring
  5. Serve hot or cold

Chef's tip: Add puréed fruits.
