Recipe
For the pizza base:
250g Loprofin Mix
100ml Sno-Pro
125ml warm water
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
1/2 sachet of dried yeast
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
For the topping:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle of zaatar (or any dried herbs)
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
80g mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
6 sundried tomatoes, left whole
Handful artichokes (from a jar)
Handful of rocket leaves
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
30g creme fraiche
Salt and pepper
