Ingredients
1 sachet Complan Shake powder original or vanilla flavour
200ml apple & raspberry juice drink (e.g. J20™)
Method
- Measure 200ml apple & raspberry juice drink into a jug.
- Add the Complan Shake powder and whisk until dissolved.
- Alternatively, add the ingredients to your shaker and shake.
