Nutricia Homeward also manage the stock of our patients within Care Homes differently to that of adult or paediatric patients in their own homes. Our Customer Service team fax a stock check form to the Care Home with all of the Homeward patients regimens listed, and the dates of their next deliveries, as well as pump serial numbers and service due dates. This enables Care Home staff to complete the sheet with the amount of stock they have left at a time that best suits them and audit the pumps that their patients are using, and to return the form within 3 working days of receipt for orders to be placed.
